- 🧘♂️ Sit with spine naturally straight (not stiff)
- 👐 Place hands gently on knees or thighs
- 💆♂️ Relax shoulders away from ears
- 👁️ Close eyes softly or gaze down gently
- 😌 Keep chin parallel to floor
- 🦵 If on chair: feet flat, knees at 90°
- 🪑 If cross-legged: use cushion for comfort
